As Head of Design at Hogarth, I led the creative delivery for Suncorp Group’s extensive portfolio of seven brands, including AAMI, GIO, Bingle Suncorp Bank, Suncorp Insurance, APIA and Vero. I was responsible for shaping and scaling the design team to match the unique needs of each brand – aligning skillsets, streamlining briefing processes, and driving performance and efficiency. Once the foundation was set, I promoted a Senior Designer to Design Lead to maintain daily focus, allowing me to oversee broader client base and team leadership at Hogarth. Over three years, we delivered hundreds of campaigns across Originate, Extend, and Adapt tiers – ranging from TVCs and large-scale OOH to paid media, eDMs, social content, and animated storytelling. My leadership ensured consistent quality, agility, and brand cohesion across a complex, high-volume account.
