As Design Manager at Vodafone, I led a high-performing in-house team delivering end-to-end retail marketing solutions across print, digital, and in-store environments. Over six years, I managed a core team of four designers, supported by freelancers during peak periods, and remained hands-on with execution. Our work included monthly catalogues, POS, animated displays, store design, promotional windows, ticketing, and more – supporting both staff and customer engagement. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to embed design early, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs. Under my leadership, the team won multiple awards for catalogue and POS design. When I moved into my role as Head of Design at Hogarth, the Vodafone account transitioned with me, and I continued leading the brand’s design work for another 4.5 years – scaling the team, elevating the creative output, and deepening our partnership with the client across major campaigns and retail touchpoints.
